Abstract
The Constitutional State has implied changes in the role of the judge in the constitutional order. Starting from the constitutionalization or constitutional impregnation of the legal order, this work exposes these changes and highlights some features of the Bolivian constitutional model, which has generated a new constitutional paradigm of human rights.
