¿Están las mujeres seguras? Género, hostigamiento online y ley en India
Resumen
El abuso verbal de las mujeres a través de internet puede ir desde comentarios sexistas a amenazas de violación, y es un problema creciente a nivel nacional y mundial. Preguntándose en qué medida la ley puede proporcionar herramientas para enfrentar estas formas de abuso, este artículo plantea diversas cuestiones alrededor de las formas en que el sistema jurídico indio en su conjunto, y la Ley de Tecnología de Información en particular, construye y responde a los derechos de las mujeres.Palabras clave:
