Abstract

This paper’s purpose is to offer some considerations about the new felony offense created in Chile, which mainly seeks to protect the antitrust regulation. Thus we offer a brief exposition of substantive aspects, a description of the administrative protection, and also the typical structure of the new crime adding some procedural aspects to emphasize.
