Abstract

This text explores the relationship between literature and law. Try also show interdeterminación relationship established between both disciplines. Likewise, it will explore to what extent the "educational" use of literature helps to consolidate the place of "enlightenment" or "educational resource" on a scientific or legal theorizing is then mounted so as to strip it of its context and therefore its critical potential .
