Articles received by April 30 can be published in the first semester, and those received by September 15 can be published in the corresponding second-semester issue.

Open Access Policy

The Journal of Justice Studies since 2010 provides free, immediate, and unrestricted access to its final published content, under the principle that making research freely available to the public supports greater global knowledge exchange.

In this regard, the Journal of Justice Studies does not charge for access to published articles, nor are authors charged for the submission and publication of articles.

The journal adheres to the global Open Access policy for academic publishing, promoting its free and unrestricted availability. Emphasizing open access, open copyright licenses, and open archives, as declared by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).
