Abstract
This text offers, as the second part of the analysis of Law No. 21.459, a systematic development through a special part approach on the criminal offenses of unlawful interception (art. 3), computer sabotage (articles 1 and 4) and computer forgery (art. 5), as well as on the rules of sanction and procedure contemplated in the regulation.
